Red-fruit Blintzes
Preparation Procedure:
1) Blend the sugars, flour, eggs butter and the milk.
2) Take the strawberries, the blackberries and the raspberries and make jelly with eachone of them by putting them in a pan with sugar and water.
3) Mix the mascarpone cheese and the riccota cheese.
4) Add 1 tsp of butter in a teflon pan and let it burn.
5) For the blintez add half a cup of the mixture of flour, butter and milk on the pan in order to prepare the crepe.
6) Take the crepe and put the jelly you prefer and the chesse mixture.
