Cooked Cream with Raspberry sauce
Add water to gelatin - Boil the cream and milk with cinnamon - Add the gelatin and stir to dissolve the gelatin - Add the lemon peel - For the sauce: Put to boil raspberries with cornstarch and sugar - Blend raspberries - Strain it - Add half of this sauce to the first mixture - Cool down the mixture and put into cremebrulee molds - Refrigerate for 4 hours - Remove from molds and place on a plate - Decorate with one raspberry, the raspberry sauce, leaf mint and white chocolate - Enjoy !!!
