Beef Tenderloin Medallions with Pepper Sauce
Mix black pepper ,white pepper, and salt - Spread medallions with this preparation - Heat the oil in a pan - Fry the medallions for about 8 min - Remove them and set aside - In the pan, where the medallions were cooked, put water and red wine and cook about 10 minutes - Add mayonnaise and cream - Let the sauce reduce by half - Add salt to taste - Serve medallions with the sauce on top - Enjoy!
