How to make Tzatziki Sauce


Step 1: Place the diced cucumber in a muslin cloth and drain for minute
Step 2: In a food processor, combined Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, mint leaves, lemon juice, oil, pepper powder and salt. Blend it until well combined
Step 3: Transfer yogurt mixture into a bowl and place in refrigerator to let the flavor meld. Before the serving garnish with remaining mint leaves and serve cool
