BLACK OLIVES RICE WITH CHEESE SAUCE
Rice:
Place the black olives with ½ cup of water in a blender
Cut the yellow chili peppers and remove the pips and veins with a teaspoon
Sauté the chili and garlic in a small frying pan with oil
Add this preparation to the blender and liquefy with the olives
Wash the rice and place it in a rice cooker
Pour into the rice cooker the olive preparation
Add 2 teaspoons of salt, pepper and the 3 cups of boiling water
Cheese Sauce:
Melt the butter
Add the flour and don’t stop moving while you add 2 cups of milk (like white sauce)
Finally add the salt, pepper, nutmeg and parmesan cheese
SERVING:
Place a portion of rice in a cup
Serve it in a dish and drip the cheese sauce in top
Garnish with a little piece of red pepper
