Napoleon Mille Feuille Cake
Prepare the pastry dough and bake.
Make the pastry cream, whisk the topping, cut half of the strawberries into small squares to fill.
Cut the pastry dough into 3 parts
Place one hand in tray and fill it with toffee, strawberries and topping,
Repeat the same procedure with the second part of the dough and close with the third one.
Fill with topping and decorate with strawberries.

1 pound semi strong flour, 1 cup water 12 ounces pastry margarine, 1 pound strawberries, 3 cups of topping, 1 cup water 1 pound sweet milk, ½ recipe pastry cream, 1 medium tray wax paper
