How to make Stuffed Mushrooms
Step 1: Pull stems from the mushrooms and chopped them well. Keep aside mushroom caps for stuffin
Step 2: Heat butter in a pan, sauté onion over a medium flame then add garlic. Sauté till the golden
Step 3: Add chopped stems, tomato, black pepper powder and salt. Keep cooking till the stems become tender. Combined corianders leaves and stir it for a minute. Add bread crumbs and switch off the heat and allow mixture to cool down
Step 4: Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Grease the baking sheet from the remaining butter. Place stems in the oven. In the mushroom cavity sprinkle little butter and salt. Add equal mixture to each mushroom caps. Place some cheese over them and bake for 15-20 minutes till the cheese melts
Step 5: Remove from the oven. Let them cool and serve with a dipping sauce
