This may be a very simple salad but the dressing makes it great.  You can add red peppers and bread squares Dressing:  Liquefy the oils like making mayonaisse and add all ingredients.  At the end pour  the mayonaisse as much as you like.  It will be like a mustard creamy dressing with a little sweet. Salad: Cut the spinach without veins Fry the square bacon and let it dry on paper Cut the red pepper in little square Mix and add dressing when serving
