Home Made Paella

Paella is an easy Spanish seafood recipe which is made up of chicken stock, rice, olive oil, shrimp, green peas etc. This recipe is very tasty with lots of flavors mixed in a rice. You can relish the flavor of this recipe by preparing it yourself at home. Directions: 1. Season the chicken pieces with spice mix all over the chicken and marinate chicken for 1 hour in the refrigerator. 2. Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides. 3. In another pan, Sauté the chorizo until browned. Then add the onion and garlic and cook until soft. Meanwhile infuse half the hot chicken stock with the saffron. Add the smoked paprika, rice and infused stock and leave to cook on a medium heat, stirring from time to time. 4. When the rice are nearly cooked. At this point, pour in the rest of the stock along with the peas, prawns, and the mussels and squid. Place a lid on the pan and cook for 10 minutes. 5. Finally, add the cooked chicken and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and a wedge of lemon.
