Bolognesa Lasagna

Chop all the ingredients but the beef and the pasta. Put them in a pot with butter and fry them. Add the red wine. Add the tomato paste. Add the ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. To make the lasagna put one layer of pasta, then one layer of the meet mixture (bolognesa) and then one layer of cheese. Do the same one more time. Put to the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
