Greek lenten Chortokeftedes

Sometimes,people say that meat is the one and there is no other choice when you need something to satisfy your claimant stomach.Chortokeftedes is your stomach's answer for sure! •Wash well and strain the greens and herbs, finely chop all together in a large bowl. •Then add two tablespoons salt,the green onions and red. •Dry greens with your hands and let it stand for 10 minutes. •Mix well and taste the salt. Add plenty of pepper. •Add flour in the bowl so that they are formed into meatballs. Knead well the dough and shape into large, width meatballs. Then pass them through flour and fry for 2 minutes from each side. Good luck!
