Citric Bars

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat with the paddle on medium speed to form a manageable paste.
  2. With the help of your hands line the pan with the dough, and bake at 350f° for 25 minutes or until browned, let cool.
  3. Put the mixer on medium speed and add the cheese mixture until there are no lumps.
  4. Then add condensed milk.
  5. Extract the juice from the lemons and add it to the mixture.
  6. Hidrate the gelatin and add it to the mixture.
  7. Put this mixture in a pan and bake it with the dough, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  8. Now remove from the oven and cut into 16 bars.
  9. For the topping, add the topping to the whipper .
  10. Add 30 grams of sugar, zest of 2 lemons and reserve it in the refrigerator.
  11. Whip until it is ready and put the mixture in the pastry sleeve.
  12. Decorate each slice with the topping mixture and add some lemon zest to decorate.
  13. Serve.
