Almond Milk Chocolate Chips Sauce

Want a fast easy chocolate sauce for your ice cream or just to satisfy your craving for chocolate?  Just pour a handful of your favorite semi-sweet chocolate chips into a small bowl, add a small amount of milk, soymilk, or almond milk, enough so the liquid comes about half way up to the top of chips, but not enough to cover them. Then put in the microwave for 1 minute, until the liquid begins to boil and foam up above the chips. Then stir until all the chips melt into the liquid and you will have a wonderful rich creamy yummy chocolate sauce. Add either more chips or more liquid to make it your desired consistency.
