Clam Pasta White Wine is a Italian classic of spaghetti with amazing taste of clam cooked in white wine.
How to Make Clam Pasta
1.In a pan, melt butter over med-high heat. Fry pancetta until it turns golden for about 5 minutes. Remove from pan. 2.Drain off all the oil except 1 tablespoon. Add garlic 2 tablespoons of the parsley and hot pepper flakes, stir fry for 1 minute. Pour in clam juice and wine, bring to a boil, add clams, cover and steam until open for about 5 minutes. 3.Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add linguini and return water to a boil. Let linguini cook until al dente; drain well and add to pan along with pancetta, toss to coat well. 4.Sprinkle with remaining parsley and serve.
