Matzoball & Corned Beef Soup

If you are a beef soup lover, then this corned beef soup recipe is for you. To make this recipe you can use regular beef, chicken or vegetable as per your choice.


Preparation:
Separate eggs. Beat yolks and set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold together, then fold in matzo meal, salt and pepper and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Shape into balls, drop into broth and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cut corned beef into cubes
placed corned beef and finely sliced chives in serving dish
add matzo balls to beef
add stock to matzo ball and meat
