How to make Marshmallow Oreo Cake
1. In a large bowl beat butter, oil, cocoa powder and sugar until smooth. Now add pumpkin puree, eggs, salt and then mix again. Now, slowly add in flour and mix until combined. Stir in chopped Oreos and marshmallows. Spread into a greased 9x13" pan. Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
2. Let the cake cool about 10 minutes, then poke holes all over the cake and pour chocolate syrup evenly over the cake. Let cool completely. You may garnish with any kind of whipping cream or Cool Whip that you like!
