Tokwa’t Baboy (tofu and pork ears)

In a casserole, boil pork ear in just enough water with salt, lower fire and let simmer until pork is tender. Take the pork out and set aside. Fry tokwa (tofu) in hot, oil until toasted and slice to the same size as the pork. In a saucepan, mix vinegar, soy sauce, salt, garlic, onions, sugar and heat for just few minutes. Pour in mix tofu and pork.

1/2 kilo pork ears , cut into chunk cubes 5 pcs tofu (tokwa) 2 heads galic, minced 1 cup vinegar 1 cup soy sauce 1 tsp salt 1 tsp brown sugar 3 small onions, diced
