First time making artisan bread!

Don't be afraid to work with yeast - I avoided making homemade bread for many years thinking it was so complicated - now I make it every week!  This recipe makes 2 big loaves or 4 smaller loaves.

3 1/2 cups lukewarm water 4 teaspoons yeast 4 teaspoons course salt (I used sea salt) 7 1/4 cups all purpose flour
