Paprikas stuffed with red and brown rice

Half cook the rice, than roast an onions on butter and leeks, add grated carrots, kohlrabi and tomatoes and half cooked rice. Fill the peppers with this mixture and put them in a baking tray and bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 190 degrees.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. ghee butter, 1 cup of the mixture of red and brown rice, 5 white sweet peppers, 5 young carrots, 1 larger onion, 1 kohlrabi, 1 stem of leek, 2 pcs. Tomatoes, a bunch of parsley, spices - curry, pepper, salt (to taste).
