Chocolate Opera

For the cake: Whisk egg whites and sugar - In another bowl, whisk the other ingredients for 10 minutes - Mix the two mixtures - Put on a greased and floured waxed paper and bake for 10 min at 350°F - For the butter cream: Whisk 4 egg whites and 3 ounces of sugar - With the other 4 ounces of sugar, water and lemon make a caramel - Add this caramel to the egg whites - Let cool for a few min - Add the margarine and butter - Continue whisking - Put this mixture over the baked cake - For the chocolate: Boil the cream - Add the chopped chocolate - Stir until it is diluted - Put this over the baked cake - Let cool for 1 hour - Serve and Enjoy!
