Beef Tacos

This taco recipe is inexpensive, quick, easy and delicious. I used cheddar cheese because I have a 4 year old daughter who can’t eat spicy food. You can also add a jalapeno or hot salsa if you want your tacos spicy.
Preparation:
  1. Dissolve McCormick Taco Mix in water. Set Aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in oil. Drain excess oil.
  3. Pour in Taco mixture. Simmer until is absorbed by beef. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  4. Heat taco shells or chips for 5-6 minutes, or according to package directions.
  5. Assemble tacos, place ground beef at the bottom, then top with onion, tomato, cheddar cheese and grated cheese. Serve and enjoy.
