Beef Curry with Coconut Thai Rice

Thanks to my friend Ken who took that picture and shared a bizzare recipe with me! Wash the rice very well. In a boiling pan add the rice,water and coconut milk. Cover with a lid and let it boil for 20 minutes until it gets reduced. Remove the ends of the snowpeas.
•Season the sliced steak's pieces with pepper and in high heat sear the pieces in a frying pan until meat pieces get brown.Be sure you are stirring.

•In high heat,cook for 45 seconds the chopped onion.Place the curry powder and stir for 30 seconds.

•Add the coconut milk and fish sauce and simmer in medium high heat for 5 minutes.

•Place again the cooked meat pieces and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

•Mix the snow peas and bean sprouts into the curry and turn off the heat.

•Leave it for 5 minutes to be cooked in heat that is reducing.
