Filipino Spaghetti

Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. In a saucepan or wok, saute garlic and onion. Add ground meat and when brown, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add slices hotdogs and cook further for 1/2 minute. Add tomato sauce, banana ketchup, liver spread, 1/4 cup grated cheese, and milk . Stir, then add water little by little to achieve your preferred thickness of the sauce. Simmer and balance the sweetness of the sauce with brown sugar according to your taste. Pour the sauce on the top of the spaghetti noodles, then garnish with the remaining grated cheese.
