Camaron Rebosado

  • Prepare batter by whisking flour, baking powder, egg and  ice water to make pancake batter consistency.
  • Season shrimp or prawns with salt and lightly coat with flour and dip batter while holding the tail end.
  • Carefully drop in a preheated oil and fry over medium high heat for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Drain excess oil and serve with sweet chili sauce.
