Sesame Hake fish in Trieste Gravy

This quick prepared sea food dish, is a healthier version of the classic fried hake. It is served with potato salad with radicchio and feta cheese. It goes best with equally delicate, light white wines.


Procedure:


1.Prepare classic ingredients for frying, but instead of bread crumbs use sesame seeds. Place sesame seeds, whisked eggs and flour into a separate plates and soak hake in each mixture.
2.Heat ¾ tsp of coconut butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 4 laurel leaves, filets of sesame hake, and salt to the taste. Roast the filets for about 10 minutes, while stirring it and turning the scallop meet once.
3.Prepare potato salad with radicchio. Mix the cooked potatoes, radicchio with olive oil, apple vinegar and salt. Add feta cheese.
4.For the Trieste gravy, whisk 8 tsp olive oil, 21/2 tsp of finely chopped garlic, 4 tsp chopped parsley and salt in one small bowl.
5.Serve the sesame hake with potato-radicchio salad and Trieste sauce on single plate.

Ingredients:

3 filets of hake, 1 cup sesame seeds, 3 eggs, 1 cup flour, 2 ¾ tbsp coconut butter, 2 leaves laurel, ½ cups white potatoes, 3 tbsp. cream feta cheese, 1 cup radicchio salad olive oil, apple vinegar and salt to the taste, 8 tbsp olive oil (for Trieste gravy,) 1/2 tbsp of finely chopped garlic, 4 tbsp chopped parsley, salt to the taste.
