Stuffed pears with cheese and walnuts

Mix the mascarpone cheese, riccotta cheese and the cream cheese.

Peal the pears.

Boil the pears with the sugar for 15 minutes.

Slice the pears in four parts.

Build the dessert with one layer of pear, one of cheese and walnuts. 

Serve and enjoy!
