Red Velvet Cake

Red Velvet Cake is wonderful dessert for Christmas.
Step 1: Preheat the oven up to 350 degree F. In a bowl whisk flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking soda
Step 2: In another bowl beat unsalted butter and sugar well, then add vanilla extract, vinegar, red food coloring, butter milk and egg until it get fluffy.
Step 3: Mix the ingredients of both the bowls and make a smooth batter
Step 4: Grease the two pans with butter and then pour the batter into it. Keep these pans in oven to bake them
Step 5: After 30 minutes, check the pans and if texture comes out to be clean then remove the pans and place them on rack for cooling
Step 6: Blend cheese and butter firstly, then mix icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract until it gets fluffy. Then frost the cake layers
Step7: Serve chill
