Homemade Digestive Cookies

How to prepare these Digestive cookies at home:
1) Weigh out the oats and grind them in a mixer.
2) Add the flour, salt and baking powder and stir or whizz on a low speed to combine.
3) Add the butter or dairy free spread and combine until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
4) Add the sugar and milk and mix until you have dough. Form a ball and place in fridge for 15 minutes.
5) Then take out dough, spread out to 3mm thickness and cut out 6cm diameter circles.
6) To bake, preheat oven to 350F. Bake 6cm diameter circles for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Your Digestive cookies are ready now. You can serve them as snack with tea and can enjoy its taste.
