Currant – mint pie

Add mint leaves to a cream forcooking and cook a few minutes on weak fire. Do not boil. Wait some time to cool. Meanwhile, prepare the dough for the pie.

Sift the flour on a wooden board and shape a pile. Make a hole in a pile and place the pieces of coconut butter, eggs, baking powder and sugar on it. Gradually stir, then knead the dough. Put the dough in a pie baking tray and sprinkle the whole currants granules, molasses sugar, and spill with mint - cream (previously removed the leaves). Bake for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees C.

For the dough: 130 g of coconut butter, 3 eggs, 1 packet of baking powder, 3 tbsp. sugar molasses, 1/2 kg flour. Filling: 1/2 cup sweet cream for cooking, 1/2 fresh mint leafs, 1/2 cup currants, 2 tbsp. molasses sugar, 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar.
