Cassata Siciliana

Whip the cream cooled, cream the cream cheese with powdered sugar add whipped cream. When we have the mix we add the diluted gelatin and divide the mixture in 2 parts. To one we put the diced chocolate and brandy and we add the crystallized fruit and orange liqueur to the second part Cut the cake of bread in to parts that have  the same size of the mold. Line the pan with wax paper and refrigerate. To assemble the cake place the first mix of chocolate in the bottom of the pan and put a layer of cake and then put the second mix of crystallized fruit and finish with another layer of cake. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. To unmold turn the mold in a rectangular dish with the last layer of cake looking down. Decorate with chocolate and crystallized fruit.
