Iced Coffee Cocktail

Preparation: boil strong black coffee (espresso or Turkish), add 3 teaspoons powdered sugar and fill up the coffee into a mold for ice cubes. Allow a few hours for the ice to harden. Place a few tablespoons of ice-cream into each glass and soaked it with liqueur. Add the coffee ice cubes (about 5 per glass) and finally pour the cold milk to the top of the glass. Decorate with chocolate powder.
