Gobhi Pakora Recipe

Method for Cauliflower (Gobhi) Pakora Recipe:
  1. Cut Cauliflower into small petals.and boil them in salt water.then drain the water and keep Cauliflower aside.
  2. Mix besan,rice flour,corn flour,salt,chilly powder,chat powder and red colour in a bowl along with a little water.
  3. Dip the Cauliflower in the mixture and fry it deeply in oil.
  4. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
