Kvinoja- vegetable feast

Cook the quinoa under instructions of the manufacturer. Chop vegetables and cut chicken breast into strips. Fry charlotteand chicken in coconut butter on high heat to a golden brown color. Add chopped vegetables and fry further until the vegetables become medium soft. Reduce a temperature to medium and add a quinoa, lime juice, mustard, cream and spices. Cook further for a few minutes and add the chopped parsley at the end.

1 piece of chicken breast, 1 tbsp. coconut butter, 1 coup quinoa grains, 2 charlottes, 1 avocado, 1 white pepper, 1 carrot, Juice of 1/4 lime, 4 tbsp. cream, 1 tbsp. mustard, a pinch of parsley, salt, turmeric, red ground pepper to taste.
