Vegetable – Egg Spread

Preparation: Mix carrots, cucumbers, eggs and parsley in a blender. Add the sour cream, mustard and spices to taste.

Three fresh carrots, 1/2 glass of pickles3 boiled eggs, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon mustard, Salt and ground pepper to taste.
