Ingredients:

14 ounces bone in veal chop 1 ounce of porcini mushrooms 2 oz. of sliced baked potatoes 1 oz of veal demiglace 1 sliced of Italian prosciutto 2 ounces of caramelized onion risotto 1 ounce of roasted red & yellow beets. Fontina cheese melted on manufactured cream 1 each of sautéed broccolini 1 each asparagus steam peeled 1each of baby carrots sprouts split in two. White wine Sea salt with chopped rosemary, sage, garlic .
