Make Mutton Soup Recipe at Home

Step 1: Boil mutton in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water till the 3-4 whistles. Remove mutton from the cooker and keep it aside

Step 2: Heat oil in a large pan put bay leaf, cloves, black pepper and cumin seeds. When it crackled, add ginger-garlic paste then Sauté onion over medium flame

Step 3: Then add tomato turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander and black pepper powder to it and then add 1 cup of water and salt. Mix well and keep stirring

Step 4: Combined boiled mutton to the mixture and keep cooking till the gravy and bones are cooked properly. Mix lemon juice and turn off heat

Step 5: Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve with rice and chapatti
